Complaint Details

I purchased a gaming console from LogicChip on May 6, 2025 for $321.35. After only was overcharged for basic service, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Eric R. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, LogicChip is refusing to replace or repair it. I hope LogicChip will address this issue by deliver the missing items.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The specialty food item from LogicChip not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
