On April 7, 2025, I purchased appliance from MegaShoppe's West Yessenia, Louisiana store for $341.65. The item was advertised as loyalty program, but when I got home, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am asking MegaShoppe to make this right by implement better quality control.
