Complaint Details

I placed an order with FastShop Group on April 23, 2025 for several items including appliance (order #ORD-4038-BJP-8412). The order was charged to my account ($862.69), but was denied a refund. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Jairo K., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I am requesting that FastShop Group remove the unauthorized charges as soon as possible.

The situation with FastShop Group has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the extended warranty, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-E69CCD83 multiple times.
