Complaint Details

I placed an order with FastShop Group on January 31, 2025 for several items including book (order #ORD-2943-HZH-1492). The order was charged to my account ($235.72), but experienced frequent disconnections. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Forrest M., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I expect FastShop Group to take responsibility and honor the warranty.

I appreciate FastShop Group reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement formal shoes has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
