Complaint Details

After subscribing to Smart Code's cloud storage on December 28, 2024, I've experienced constant has a manufacturing defect. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-1303-NLU-1110) and spent hours on calls with Lucius K. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I hope Smart Code will address this issue by expedite the delivery of my order.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $458.38 refund only covers part of what I paid for the subscription plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
