Complaint Details
After subscribing to Smart Code's web hosting on April 22, 2025, I've experienced constant experienced frequent disconnections. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-1780-DVN-9543) and spent hours on calls with Korbin S. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I would like Smart Code to resolve the technical issues.
