Defective tablet from Data-Pulse
Complaint Details
I purchased a tablet from Data-Pulse on January 24, 2025 for $391.3. After only found security vulnerabilities, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Madyson F. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Data-Pulse is refusing to replace or repair it. I expect Data-Pulse to take responsibility and fix the billing error.
