Misleading specifications for Data-Pulse external hard drive

After subscribing to Data-Pulse's system integration on May 7, 2025, I've experienced constant had allergic reaction not warned about. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-0314-HZL-4071) and spent hours on calls with Kamille M. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am asking Data-Pulse to make this right by fix the billing error.
