I'm writing to report serious security concerns with HyperPulse's tablet. After the update on December 12, 2024, I discovered faced system outages that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Lillian G., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I am requesting that HyperPulse ensure this doesn't happen to other customers as soon as possible.
