Damaged merchandise from Trend Group
Complaint Details
On May 1, 2025, I purchased clothing item from Trend Group's West Jamal, California store for $224.94. The item was advertised as delivery service, but when I got home, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am asking Trend Group to make this right by remove the unauthorized charges.
