Wrong items shipped by Trend Group

I ordered book from Trend Group's website on May 8, 2025 (order #ORD-2637-FVO-6902). When the package arrived, experienced long delays. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Lazaro G. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I would like Trend Group to honor the warranty.

Apr 28, 2025 05:50I want to acknowledge that Trend Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $364.26 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $364.26 for a winter coat that never worked properly.
