Signature Associates refused to address was promised features that don't exist

I have been a loyal customer of Signature Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-7706-XXH-2061) on March 16, 2025, and have encountered was billed multiple times. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Signature Associates will address this issue by compensate me for the inconvenience.
