Unresolved issue with Urban Abode Bradford system

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4069-JLY-7761 placed with Urban Abode Bradford on May 5, 2025. I paid $797.97 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jena C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Urban Abode Bradford resolve the technical issues as soon as possible.

May 21, 2025 05:20Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $220.72 refund only covers part of what I paid for the personal shopping service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
