I'm writing to complain about the membership program I received from Academy of Excellence. After paying $192.73 for product, I found that it had my personal information compromised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Liliane B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking Academy of Excellence to make this right by provide the promised service.

I'm updating my complaint because Academy of Excellence finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the t-shirt, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
