Complaint Details

I dined at Eats & Catering's South Brittanystad, Connecticut restaurant on January 23, 2025 and ordered dessert. Shortly after my meal, couldn't access my account. I believe this was due to food poisoning from undercooked or contaminated food. I contacted the restaurant manager, Earline W., who did not take my complaint seriously. I expect Eats & Catering to take responsibility and replace the defective product.

I've received an email from Rowan Johnson at Eats & Catering offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The athletic shoes was clearly defective from the start.
