Complaint Details

I purchased a software license from HyperEdge on January 27, 2025 for $495.54. After only had my warranty claim denied unfairly, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Landen S. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, HyperEdge is refusing to replace or repair it. I am requesting that HyperEdge train their staff to be more professional as soon as possible.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The subscription box from HyperEdge not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
