Wrong items shipped by TopHaus
Complaint Details
I ordered furniture from TopHaus's website on December 22, 2024 (order #ORD-2830-BOY-4863). When the package arrived, was sold expired products. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Tate G. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I expect TopHaus to take responsibility and deliver the missing items.

May 11, 2025 05:22I want to acknowledge that TopHaus has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $432.88 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $432.88 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
