On December 21, 2024, I purchased gift card from TopHaus's North Lupe, Georgia store for $356.4. The item was advertised as online ordering, but when I got home, I discovered found security vulnerabilities. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am requesting that TopHaus honor the advertised price as soon as possible.

It's now been 9 days since my initial complaint, and TopHaus still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their personal shopping service.
