Disappointed with Land of Urban subscription service
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Land of Urban's package that I purchased on March 25, 2025 from your South Brennashire, Oregon store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kariane A., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Land of Urban to make this right by reimburse me for additional expenses.
