I have been a loyal customer of Excel Center International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-0514-UKQ-9504) on February 14, 2025, and have encountered had my personal information compromised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Excel Center International provide a full refund as soon as possible.

The situation with Excel Center International has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the delivery service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-AEEA73BE multiple times.
