I want to report a serious concern with Excel Center International's item that I purchased on March 14, 2025 from your New Shaniyaport, Idaho store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Carolanne M., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Excel Center International to make this right by honor the warranty.

I'm updating my complaint because Excel Center International finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the athletic shoes, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
