I am writing regarding order #ORD-0928-VUJ-2894 placed with Innovative Projects on December 9, 2024. I paid $753.36 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Timmothy D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Innovative Projects to honor the advertised price.

After my initial complaint, Innovative Projects contacted me to troubleshoot the specialty food item. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
