On May 11, 2025, I signed up for Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises's delivery service at their South Savannah, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $295.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lisette B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises improve their customer service training as soon as possible.
