I want to report a serious concern with Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises's subscription that I purchased on April 11, 2025 from your New Meaghantown, South Carolina store. The product has received a damaged replacement item despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Virgie S., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises to make this right by resolve the technical issues.
