I'm writing to complain about the support line I received from Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises. After paying $729.91 for service plan, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Lisa K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises to resolve the technical issues.

I want to acknowledge that Consulting, Consulting & Group Enterprises has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $254.58 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $254.58 for a grocery order that never worked properly.
