Overcharged by Rights Counsel of Advocate Ltd. for return policy

After my initial complaint, Rights Counsel of Advocate Ltd. contacted me to troubleshoot the meal delivery. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
