I had an appointment at OptimalDiagnostic on May 5, 2025 for diagnostic testing. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and encountered rude staff. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Shirley M., but have received no satisfactory response. I am requesting that OptimalDiagnostic resolve the technical issues as soon as possible.
