I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from PrimeLife's pharmacy. On January 30, 2025, I received therapeutic device with instructions that has a manufacturing defect. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Jessica A. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am requesting that PrimeLife correct my personal information as soon as possible.
