I purchased a membership from Domain & Ventures on December 26, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced was overcharged for basic service. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cruz T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Domain & Ventures to compensate me for the inconvenience.

The situation with Domain & Ventures has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the training session, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-F3E0EB8F multiple times.
