I am writing regarding order #ORD-5952-UED-4809 placed with Domain & Ventures on February 15, 2025. I paid $290.16 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered failed to receive confirmation. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jorge W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Domain & Ventures to take responsibility and fix the billing error.
