I'm writing to complain about the subscription service I received from Ultimate Homes & Sons. After paying $890.63 for item, I found that it couldn't access my account. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jamar R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Ultimate Homes & Sons will address this issue by update their return policy.
