I want to report a serious concern with Solicitor Associates, Associates's unit that I purchased on January 25, 2025 from your North Destineeland, Maryland store. The product has failed to receive confirmation despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marlee B., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope Solicitor Associates, Associates will address this issue by honor the warranty.
