Recurring found foreign objects in the product with Solicitor Associates, Associates subscription

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7571-YBL-5855 placed with Solicitor Associates, Associates on May 14, 2025. I paid $910.81 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marlene F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Solicitor Associates, Associates to take responsibility and fix the billing error.
