Warranty claim denied by Rights Offices of Diligent Enterprises

On December 18, 2024, I signed up for Rights Offices of Diligent Enterprises's subscription service at their Celestinoport, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $773.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Evalyn B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Rights Offices of Diligent Enterprises to make this right by provide the documentation I requested.
