I purchased a accessory from Land of Prestige Holdings on April 7, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced website errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Zoey A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that Land of Prestige Holdings offer compensation for the time wasted as soon as possible.
