I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from Land of Prestige Holdings. After paying $447.64 for system, I found that it experienced frequent disconnections. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Mathew B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Land of Prestige Holdings will address this issue by train their staff to be more professional.
