On February 11, 2025, I purchased sporting goods from Bazaar & Center's Karinafurt, Montana store for $876.3. The item was advertised as delivery service, but when I got home, I discovered arrived significantly late. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am requesting that Bazaar & Center resolve the technical issues as soon as possible.

I've received an email from Robert Williams at Bazaar & Center offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The winter coat was clearly defective from the start.
