I placed an order with Bazaar & Center on May 11, 2025 for several items including toy (order #ORD-2740-ATY-1019). The order was charged to my account ($179.95), but had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Dannie B., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I am requesting that Bazaar & Center adjust my account balance as soon as possible.

I've received an email from Jennifer Smith at Bazaar & Center offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The sweater was clearly defective from the start.
