I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from Golden Estates Kuching. After paying $415.99 for system, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jane W., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Golden Estates Kuching will address this issue by honor the advertised price.

May 24, 2025 05:56Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $441.62 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
