On December 20, 2024, I purchased home decor from Mart Direct's Margarettchester, Washington store for $795.57. The item was advertised as installation, but when I got home, I discovered received a damaged replacement item. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I hope Mart Direct will address this issue by replace the defective product.

I'm updating my complaint because Mart Direct finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the dress shirt, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
