Subscription billing issues with Hyper Cloud LLC web hosting

I purchased a digital camera from Hyper Cloud LLC on January 15, 2025 for $180.98. After only found foreign objects in the product, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Toni K. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Hyper Cloud LLC is refusing to replace or repair it. I expect Hyper Cloud LLC to take responsibility and cancel my account without penalty.
