Complaint Details

On April 26, 2025, I signed up for LearningUniversity Inc.'s membership program at their Orvilleshire, Montana location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $22.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nathanael M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like LearningUniversity Inc. to fix their misleading advertising.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from LearningUniversity Inc. called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
