I have been a loyal customer of LearningUniversity Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-1691-PSB-5234) on March 30, 2025, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect LearningUniversity Inc. to take responsibility and reimburse me for additional expenses.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from LearningUniversity Inc., and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my formal shoes. This is extremely frustrating.
