Rights Practice failed to honor their commitment
Complaint Details
On January 4, 2025, I signed up for Rights Practice's delivery service at their Shadport, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $170.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Floyd R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Rights Practice will address this issue by fix their misleading advertising.

May 18, 2025 05:46After speaking with Michael Smith from the Customer Advocacy at Rights Practice, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
