Complaint Details

On April 10, 2025, I purchased electronic device from Spot & Exchange's East Travis, California store for $204.36. The item was advertised as loyalty program, but when I got home, I discovered experienced website errors. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am asking Spot & Exchange to make this right by cancel my account without penalty.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Spot & Exchange has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their subscription plan.
