I had an appointment at The Prime Vitality Specialists on March 27, 2025 for telehealth. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and encountered rude staff. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Oma B., but have received no satisfactory response. I expect The Prime Vitality Specialists to take responsibility and fix their misleading advertising.
