I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from BrightInstitute Ltd.. After paying $525.7 for service plan, I found that it was sold expired products. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Turner R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope BrightInstitute Ltd. will address this issue by provide the documentation I requested.

May 18, 2025 05:12Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $54.60 refund only covers part of what I paid for the extended warranty, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
