BrightInstitute Ltd. failed to honor their commitment

On April 21, 2025, I signed up for BrightInstitute Ltd.'s premium support at their Port Lucymouth, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $119.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alice G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope BrightInstitute Ltd. will address this issue by adjust my account balance.
