Complaint Details

On April 21, 2025, I signed up for BrightInstitute Ltd.'s premium support at their Port Lucymouth, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $119.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alice G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope BrightInstitute Ltd. will address this issue by adjust my account balance.

It's now been 8 days since my initial complaint, and BrightInstitute Ltd. still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their training session.
