I purchased a subscription from The Knowledge Institute Canberra on December 16, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Geo L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking The Knowledge Institute Canberra to make this right by upgrade my service at no additional cost.
