On April 16, 2025, I signed up for The Knowledge Institute Canberra's warranty service at their North Keshaunview, Maine location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $37.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cicero M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that The Knowledge Institute Canberra fix the billing error as soon as possible.

I appreciate The Knowledge Institute Canberra reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement dress shirt has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
